We collect information about you to help us maximize your experience on our Site and to develop additional features that may be relevant to users like you. School Personal Information
We collect Personal Information that you or your teacher, advisor and/or administrator ("School Personnel") submits to us voluntarily. During the registration process, you may submit Personal Information including, but not limited to, first and last name, zip code, date of birth, and email address. We may also collect Personal Information such as personal attributes, organization affiliations and academic information from questionnaires you complete on Navigation101.com.

The Site and Services are password-protected, subscription-only products. In order for a student to create an account and enter Personal Information, they must first enter a school specific registration code that is provided by School Personnel. This information includes student name, grade level, and other identifying information that School Personnel may deem necessary to enable the assessment, assignment, and/or reporting features of Navigation101.com.

School Personnel Personal Information
If you are School Personnel, we only collect Personal Information about you that is necessary for us to create your account and to verify your identity for the purpose of granting you the necessary access to the Site and Services. You may also need to provide Personal Information about your students so you can create a student account. Your provision of such information must be made in accordance with all applicable laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Anonymous Information
As you use Navigation101.com, certain Anonymous Information may be passively collected and stored, such as your Internet protocol address, domain names, browser type, and access times. We may also use Cookies (as defined below) and navigational data like Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and the solutions and information for which you searched and viewed. We are extremely sensitive to educator's concerns about their and their students' personal information. We want to tell you about the measures we have taken to keep Navigation101.com a safe and secure environment for everyone.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, Envictus can't guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we use commercially reasonable efforts and employ technology to ensure its security on our systems, including firewalls and secure socket layer.

The Site may contain links to other third party web sites that we feel may be of interest to you. Envictus is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these sites. Such third party web sites are independently owned, controlled, and/or managed web sites whose content we believe will be of possible interest and value to students. Envictus is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties to whom you may voluntarily provide personally identifiable information, and you should check the applicable privacy policy of such party when providing personally identifiable information to them. Once you leave our servers, the use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you're visiting. That policy may differ from ours. If you cannot find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from that site's home page, you should contact the site directly for more information before providing that site with any personally identifying information. We specifically recommend that children check with their parents or guardians, teachers or advisors before clicking links to any new sites.

Changes to Your Account or Information

If you are a student and wish to be deleted from the system or have data previously entered into the system deleted or edited, please contact your School Personnel. Please be aware that once we disclose some of your Personal Information to third parties, we cannot access that Personal Information any longer and cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures.

Even if we remove Personal Information about you from our systems, we may retain Personal Information to comply with laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, the revised policy will be posted on this Site. Since this policy may change from time to time, please periodically refer to it. If we make any material changes to it, we will either:
